Please note that that due to cancellation of licenses of the Builders, and subsequent taking over of the Mayfield Garden by STP/HUDA Administrator; Mayfield projects has stopped paying for electricity bills meant for pumping water and street light. It is intimated to all that we have not paid any maintenance charges to Mayfield Project from 01-01-2012. There are electricity bill arears towards common water meter to the tune of approx Rs.90000/- and street lights bill approx Rs. 26,000/- (for two months – Jan & Feb). The bills for Mar/Apr cycle will also be coming any day. It is seen that water meter bill is approx Rs. 30000/- (for B Block out of ~Rs. 90,000/-) and street light bill is approx. Rs 26,000/-, which means we need to pay approx Rs. 56000/-. Therefore we need to collect - Rs.700/- per house (which means Rs. 350/ month) from floor owners. - Rs.800/- per house (which means Rs. 400/ month) from villa owners. To tide over the disconnection of power by DHBVN, we have tied up with C Block. They will make the payment of ~Rs. 90.000/- but we have to pay them approx Rs. 30000/- of water bill and street light bill we have to pay on our own. It needs urgent action otherwise electricity for water supply and street light will be disconnected by DHBVN. Request all to cooperate and pay Rs. 700 or Rs. 800 per house (as described above) for pending bills. Once bills for months of Mar/Apr are received, collection of money will be done again. Presently, Mayfield Project is available for other allied services (pumping out water and supply, street light on/off, garbage collection, cleaning), which may not be there for long time and they can discontinue these at any time. At that time, all these activities have to be looked by RWA and we have to pay accordingly. The responsibility of Micro jobs e.g. water supply, street lights, garbage collection, sanitation/ horticulture and such activities, have to be looked after by respective RWAs once HUDA/STP empowers the RWAs.
